Privacy policy

1. Introduction
Dreangine Oy ("we", "our", "us") makes the app Lamp Garden for Android, iPhone and Mac. This policy says what the app does with data. The short version: your focus is yours, and we collect nothing.
2. What we collect
We do not collect, store or send any personal information.
There is no account and no sign-up. The app has no server of ours to talk to. It does not track how you use it, and it does not read your contacts, photos or other data on your device.
2.1 Your garden and your sessions
Your focus sessions, your garden and your settings are stored in a database on your device. They never leave it, unless you export them (2.2) or turn on sync (2.3). The app does not back them up to a cloud by itself. If you delete the app, they go with it.
2.2 Exporting your garden
In Settings › Your data, you can export your garden as one file: your focus sessions, the things that grew, and the state of the world. Settings stay out. The app gives the file to your device's share sheet, and you choose where it goes. The app never sends it anywhere by itself, and we never see it.
When you import a garden file, the app reads it on your device only.
2.3 Sync (Lamp Garden Premium)
If you turn on "Sync with iCloud", your garden and your sessions are saved in your own private iCloud, so your devices share one garden. Apple stores this data in your iCloud account. We cannot see it. Settings stay on each device. You can turn sync off at any time, and "Remove the iCloud copy" deletes it from iCloud.
2.4 The lock screen and widgets (Lamp Garden Premium)
If you turn it on, the app shows Sam and the time left on your lock screen during a session, and in widgets on your home screen. The app makes these on your device, with no server. On Android, this card is a notification, so the app asks you first for permission to show notifications. The card shows only that you are focusing and the time: no task name.
2.5 On a Mac
On a Mac, only the apps you list count as a distraction. During a session, the app checks which app is in front, and only against your list. It keeps nothing and sends nothing.
2.6 App store data
When you download the app from Google Play or the App Store, those stores may collect information under their own privacy policies. That collection is theirs, not ours, and we have no control over it.
2.7 The purchase
Lamp Garden sells “Premium” as an in-app purchase, through the App Store or Google Play. The store takes the payment, and we never see your card or bank details.
The app keeps only three things about a purchase: that you own the item, when you bought it, and whether its refund window has closed. It keeps no order number and no payment details.
On Android, buying and restoring go through Google Play Billing. Google's billing library sends Google its own usage logs from the app. Google's privacy policy covers them.
On Apple devices, Apple handles the purchase. Apple's privacy policy covers it.
3. How your data is used
We collect no personal information, so we have nothing to use, share, sell or process. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking tools.
4. Third-party services
The only outside services are the app store's purchase system (see 2.7) and, only if you turn on sync, your own iCloud (see 2.3). The app uses open-source libraries for things like the Flutter framework and sound. None of them collect personal data.
5. Children's privacy
Because we collect no personal information, we knowingly collect none from anyone, including children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages.
6. Your rights
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to show, correct or delete. Everything the app keeps is on your device, or in your own iCloud if you turn on sync. Delete the app to delete it from your device. Use "Remove the iCloud copy" to delete it from iCloud.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we do, the new version is posted on this page and the "last updated" date above changes.
